Crunchy Gluten-Free Caesar Salad
This quick, easy, and gluten-free twist on Caesar Salad will delight you. The crunchy "croutons" will make you forget you ever missed the gluten version!
Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce large
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup Bhuja Crunchy Seasoned Peas
- 1/3 cup Primal Kitchen's Caesar Dressing avocado oil-based
Instructions
- Rinse, dry and chop or tear the romaine into bite-sized pieces.
- Place in a large serving bowl and sprinkle generously with shredded parmesan cheese and crunchy seasoned peas.
- Drizzle with caesar dressing and toss gently until lettuce is evenly coated.
- Serve as a side salad, or top with baked or grilled chicken and serve as a main course.
Notes
Serves 6 as a side salad, and 3 for a main course topped with protein.
